BEHIND THE LENS



​I freelance, shooting for clients all around the country. I began when I was fifteen and have never stopped. I love the still image. I cut my teeth as a combat cameraman in the US Air Force and maneuvered into film and video production throughout college. A Columbia College graduate, I have lived in Chicago for the past sixteen years.



My photojournalistic approach and years of experience working in film and video provide me with an effortless skill in photographing studio, weddings and events. I capture the most special moments of people's lives, frame by frame with beautiful attention to composition and light. At events I take the fly-on-the-wall approach in order to maintain a natural and unobtrusive environment for my clients.
